INVITATION TO BID
The City of Kabankalan, Negros Occidental, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the following goods to be procured:

1. Purchase of Disposable syringes and Rabies vaccine use for the Anti Rabies vaccination campaign for dogs within 32 Barangays (RE-BID).

The prospective bidder must have completed, within the three (3) years, a single contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the National Statistics Office (NSO) consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail”criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act”. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of THREE HUNDRED PESOS (P 300.00) to the City Of Kabankalan Cashier.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms prescribed by the Procuring Entity. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
The City of Kabankalan, Negros Occidental reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
